Ogon Consulting

Ogon was founded in 2018 with a mission to provide insurance carriers technology and consulting services. Our deep understanding of the insurance industry and the software it runs on positioned us help insurers successfully execute an enterprise policy admin system implementation. We evolved our customer support services to provide clients post-implementation maintenance and upgrade capabilities. Today, we provide technology consulting and delivery services to several clients based in North America.

Our rapidly growing team is a group of talented and experienced consultants spread across the globe. We leverage this to provide our clients a time zone agnostic and 24x7 execution and delivery model. At Ogon, we take pride in what we do and guarantee our work. We are not satisfied until you are.

With extensive backgrounds in P&C Insurance domain, technology and businesses enterprises, they bring the insight and expertise necessary to deliver successful implementation and support of policy admin systems.

Ankur Jaiswal

Director Client Engagement & Co-founder

Ankur has led IT and core system transformation programs for several highly successful clients in the P&C technology space. At Ogon, he leads our Program Management and Client Engagement work streams.

Before Ogon Consulting, Ankur spent over 15 years in IT services delivery and consulting.

Karthick Gopalakrishnan

Director Technical Consulting & Co-founder

Karthick is highly accomplished, result oriented IT leader with over 17 years of development and technical leadership experience. Proven track record of designing, developing and implementing P&C Guidewire policy admin systems.

Prior to Ogon, Karthick worked as a Senior Architect and Consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions and holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Vasanth Sambantham

Director of Technical Services

Vasanth is a veteran leader in the P&C Insurance technology with a career spanning nearly 20 years. During this time he has led numerous technical consulting, services delivery and customer support engagements. He also specifically brings over 10 years of Guidewire product implementation and delivery expertise to Ogon.

Rebecca Torres

Senior Manager - Projects & Operations

An IT leader with 15 years of experience in the P&C Insurance and Manufacturing industries. Rebecca brings the client-side experience to Ogon having led multiple core-system implementations during her career.

She has an MBA from UNM Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems.

Karthik Vaidhiyanadhan

Director Delivery Services

Karthik brings to Ogon 20 years of P&C Insurance experience in implementing policy admin system software like Guidewire, Exigen, etc. As a hard core technologist he brings the skill-set and mindset for solving the hardest business challenges using the latest in software and technology. Prior to joining Ogon, he worked as a Solutions Architect and IT Delivery Lead at Cognizant.

Amit Kaushik

Director Delivery Services & Co-founder

Amit has over 17 years of IT services leadership and delivery experience. He brings an impeccable track record of project delivery and high client satisfaction to Ogon Consulting.

Prior to Ogon Amit worked in Cognizant Technology Solutions and in Capgemini. He holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and executive MBA from University of Virginia.

Elena Levinar

Director Business Consulting & QA

Elena has been in the insurance technology industry for over 30 years and has performed roles within the business and IT departments. She has managed business requirements, product backlogs and project plans for several core system replacement projects.

At Ogon, she leads the business consulting and QA teams working directly with client's business stakeholders on requirements analysis and documentation as well as providing QA services.
