Karthick is highly accomplished, result oriented IT leader with over 14 years of development and technical leadership experience. Proven track record of designing, developing and implementing P&C Guidewire policy admin systems.
Prior to Ogon, Karthick worked as a Senior Architect and Consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions and holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering

Amit has over 15 years of IT services leadership and delivery experience. He brings an impeccable track record of project delivery and high client satisfaction to Ogon Consulting.
Prior to Ogon Amit worked in Cognizant Technology Solutions and in Capgemini. He holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and executive MBA from University of Virginia.
Ankur has led IT and core system transformation programs for several highly successful clients in the P&C technology space. At Ogon, he leads our Program Management and Client Engagement work streams.
Before Ogon Consulting, Ankur spent over 15 years in IT services delivery and consulting.
Director Business Consulting & QA
Elena has been in the insurance technology industry for over 30 years and has performed roles within the business and IT departments. She has managed business requirements, product backlogs and project plans for several core system replacement projects.
At Ogon, she leads the business consulting and QA teams working directly with client's business stakeholders on requirements analysis and documentation as well as providing QA services.
